Abstract

The transition from HPL to Gyroid structures of a poly(styrene-block- isoprene) (SI) diblock copolymer in the thin film was studied by transmission electron microtomography (TEMT). After annealing at 120°C for 30 hours, the SI thin film, spin-coated on mica wafer, exhibited the consisting of the HPL and gyroid structures. We focused on the HPL/Gyroid grain boundary and observed the three-dimentional structures at grain boundary.
