3D observation of microphase-separated structures of AxBA x-type graft copolymers

Abstract

In this study, the microphase-separated structures of AxBA x-type copolymers were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and transmission electron microtomography (TEMT). TEMT was utilized for direct three-dimensional (3D) observation. In the AxBA x-type copolymers, honeycomb structure was observed.
