N2 - We have been working on construction scheme of multimedia communication system based on QoS (Quality of Service)-aware agent organization. In this paper, we propose a Behavioral Characteristics Model in multiagent systems to support their design and operation. We also introduce an observation and control scheme in Flexible Distributed System (FDS) and configure the Behavioral Characteristics Model to analyze the behavior of multiagent systems based on QoS of FDS. In addition, this model is applied to multimedia communication system configured by QoS-aware agent organization, and discussed the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
