N2 - The etiology of dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) remains uncertain. The authors present a case presenting with anterior fossa dural AVF, which developed after the resection of cerebellar arteriovenous malformation (AVM). The anterior fossa dural AW, which was not observed on the preoperative angiography, was diagnosed on the follow-up angiography, after the resection of cerebellar AVM. A mechanism underlying the present case is not clearly understood. To the best of our knowledge, some cases of dural AW secondary to craniotomy have been reported. It is postulated that intracranial vascular anomaly should be analyzed after the surgery.
