Abstract

The simultaneous occurrence of retroperitoneal fibrosis (RF) a rare clinical entity that causes fibrous proliferation within the retroperitoneal cavity, and synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome, which manifests osteoarthropathies and different skin abnormalities is rarely described. We report a case of simultaneous RF and SAPHO syndrome.
