N2 - As the parallel transmission line is used in the high frequency range, it is necessary that the far end crosstalk between transmission lines (TLs) is decreased. This study shows the basic idea of some effective structures which can suppress the far end crosstalk. When the distance between TLs is significantly varied, the far end crosstalk is also varied at resonance frequency. As the far end crosstalk for four kinds of the multilayer structures are measured and calculated, the far end crosstalk of the strip line (SL) and shield structure are -6dB smaller than that of MSL and embedded. The SL and shield structure are useful to suppress the far end crosstalk.
