Abstract
The field and the temperature dependence of Jc at various angles were resistively measured using the high-Jc YBa2Cu3O7-δ films prepared by chemical vapor deposition. Both dependence of Jc was described by the scaling law of the global pinning force, although the values of scaling parameter m for the temperature and the field dependence were slightly different. The temperature scaling law was well established for B//c-axis, while it deviated from the observed data in low temperature region below 60K for B⊥c-axis.
