Assessment Method of Tsunami Evacuating Behavior Used by GPS and GIS

Abstract

Ater the catastrophic disaster like a tsunami, these affected area sometimes need to reconstruct new structure of their landscape compared old one. In addition, it has to change the tsunami evacuation planning due to their recovery situation. The authors supported to update the tsunami evacuation planning used by GIS to show the evacuation zone at Iwaki city in Fukushima after the GEJE. And we tried to get observation data of evacuation drill used by GPS. Finally, we showed and conducted some solutions the relocating evacuation area and the navigation for evacuee used by UAV.
