Axial symmetrically polarized beam from vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser

Abstract

An axial symmetrically polarized laser beam was generated from a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser subjected to optical feedback. The laser beam possessed inhomogeneous distribution of elliptic polarization varying between linear and circular polarizations.
