Abstract
Water soluble synthetic polymers have been crosslinked with molecules of biological origin, such as oligonucleotides and oligodeoxyribonucleotides, or with intact native proteins. We prepared the conjugate comprising of synthetic polymers and helix peptides. This conjugate makes nanoparticles in aqueous solution. The nanoparticles fused with protease recognition site could be applied for the drug delivery.
