N2 - Ralstonia pickettii strain DTP0602 utilizes 2,4,6-trichlorophenol as its sole carbon and energy source. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of strain DTP0602, which comprises three chromosomes and no plasmids. We also found that the two had gene clusters responsible for the degradation of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are located on the 2.9-Mb chromosome 2.
