Abstract

The authors regret that the y-axis label of the Figs. 1-4(a) and 8-17(a) for the total kinetic energy is incorrect. The correct y-axis label is [Formula-presented] where the symbols follow those in the originally published article. This correction is only for the label and does not affect the results presented in the original paper.
