Abstract

Coulomb blockade oscillation in a multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) with internanotube tunnel junctions was investigated. Electrical transport from the outer nanotube to the inner nanotubes in an MWNT with two electrodes was measured. The transport properties of the device showed the Coulomb blockade oscillation with a charging energy of 15 meV at 4.2 K.
