Abstract
The cyclotron mass mc and the Dingle temperature TD in the layered planes of the organic superconductors are determined by the Shubnikov-de Haas effect at ambient pressure; mc=0.4m0 and TD = 7-8K, for β-(BEDT-TTF)2IBr2 (Tc=2K), and (0.4-0.5)m0 and 11 K for β-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 (Tc= 1 K), and 3.5 m0 and (0.4±0.1) K for K-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 (Tc=ll K). A systematic difference is clarified in mc and TD between these salts, suggestive of the origin of different 77s among these salts.
