Abstract

Cyclotron resonance (CR) measurements on single crystals of GdSb have been performed in the frequency range from 50 to 110 GHz. By using the high-quality crystal with the residual resistivity ratio of about 500, two CR absorption lines are observed at low temperatures for B||[0 0 1]. The effective mass values are estimated to be 0.26m0 and 0.50/m0, respectively.
