Abstract

In this study, cholesterol-bearing pullulans(CHP) modified with amino groups(1-5) were synthesized by carbonyldiimidazole(CDI) activated synthesis. The numbers of cationic groups per 100 glucose units were calculated by 1H NMR and elemental analysis. CHP derivatives formed nanogels by this self-associations.
