Abstract

The means by which healthcare information is collected and utilized are progressing. Collecting and analyzing such information on a large scale can result in the extraction of useful information and further service development. However, the provision of healthcare information has privacy considerations because healthcare information contains personal information. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a healthcare information sharing method that promotes the sharing of useful healthcare information with ample privacy safeguards using auto-negotiation considerations and user/system intentions. In addition, we evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method in simulation experiments.
