Abstract

A trade-off relationship arises between the protection of user information and the quality of service that users can receive. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the disaster information while taking the trade-off relationship is into consideration. In regard to this issue, we propose a method for rationally deciding the extent of the user information to be disclosed. We then discuss the effectiveness of the proposed method through evaluation experiments.
