Abstract
The cubic system of the space group denoted by Oh5–Fm3m with the lattice constant of a=0.5833±0.0003 nm has been found more feasible for the crystal structure of superionic phase of Cu2Se (α-Cu2Se) at 473 K using the usual powder X-ray diffraction method. The present conclusion has also been supported by the anomalous X-ray scattering (AXS) measurement at the Cu and Se K-absorption edges using synchrotron radiation.
