N2 - Technologies in tissue engineering or regenerative medicine have been applied for various organs and tissues. Some of them have already been clinically applied. However, tissue engineering of the muscle is still difficult. We clarify the difficulties of muscle tissue engineering and discuss the possibility of n-DPE (negative dielectrophresis) application for muscle tissue engineering.
