N2 - Recently, much attention is being paid to lymphatic circulation because intralymphatic immunotherapy and chemotherapy achieved significant clinical benefits. However, conventional ultrasound or photoacoustic (PA) imaging is hard to visualize lymphatic vessels. The objective of the present study is to visualize lymphatic vessels administrated with photoacoustic contrast agents by PA imaging system based on a tunable laser setup.
