Abstract
There are few studies concerning domain spacing distribution of microphase-separated structure of block copolymer. It was common knowledge that there was no domain spacing distribution of microphase-separated structure of block copolymer. In this study, we observed three dimensional structure of lamellar-forming block copolymer and found significant distribution of domain spacing in a lamellar-forming block copolymer by means of Transmission Electron Microtomography (TEMT).
