Abstract

The doping dependence of an n-type cuprate superconductor was investigated by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). The intensity of the feature decreased with the concominant formation of near-Ef spectral weight. The vast majority of experiments on the high temperature superconductors were performed on hole-doped materials. The spectra for undoped Nd2-xCexCu4±δ (NCO) with polarization of the incoming photons at 45° to the Cu-O bonds.
