N2 - We investigated the effect of non-uniformity of phase distribution in liquid crystal phase modulator on holographic image quality by using simulation. As a result, non-uniform phase distribution in a pixel degrades diffraction efficiency, and non-uniform phase distribution on the entire liquid crystal on silicon panel decreases resolution of holographic images.
