title = "Effects of ball milling and additives on dehydriding behaviors of well-crystallized Mg(BH4)2",
abstract = "Well-crystallized Mg(BH4)2 was chemically synthesized and the effect of ball milling and Ti-based additives on the dehydriding properties were investigated. The dehydriding reaction of the as-synthesized Mg(BH4)2 initiates at approximately 535 K and about 13.7 mass% of hydrogen is desorbed. Compared with the as-synthesized Mg(BH4)2, few changes are observed in the samples after ball milling, while the initial dehydriding temperature of Mg(BH4)2 is significantly reduced by the addition of TiCl3, i.e. from 535 K down to 361 K.",
