Electrical resistivity of CexLa1-xB6 in the vicinity of quantum phase transition

Abstract

The electric resistivity of the cubic Kondo system CexLa1-xB6 are presented. With decreasing the Ce concentration, the behavior of the resistivity changes from that of fermi liquid to that of non fermi liquid in the vicinity of the quantum phase transition point.
