Abstract

The interactions between electron and nuclear spins were discussed using the resistance (Rxx) peak developed near the Landau-Level filling factor ν = 2/3 as probe. It was found that the Rxx peak regenerated even after complete depletion (νtemp = 0), while it rapidly relaxed on either side of νtemp = 1. The results indicated that the ν = 2/3 domain morphology was memorized by the nuclear spins which were rapidly depolarizable by Skyrmions.
