Abstract

We have performed ESR measurements on the triangular lattice antiferromagnet CuFeO2 to study the detailed frequency and field dependences of its magnon modes, which were recently revealed to be excited by oscillating electric fields. The results of the analysis for the magnon modes based the spin wave theory, and the polarization dependence measurements for the ESR signals are reported.
