Abstract

We report an unusual increase with temperature of the conductance of clean quantum point contact at large conductance and B = 0 T. Numerical simulation including electron-electrons interactions qualitatively explains this observation. Besides, a positive magneto-resistance that could also be related to electron-electron interactions is measured.
