Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

The wave scattered by the longitudinal component of a tightly focused radially polarized beam is clearly detected in a confocal system, which may lead to the enhancement of the spatial resolution in confocal microscopy.
