Abstract

A study was conducted to obtain high coercive hydrogenation-decomposition-desorption-recombination (HDDR) powder using additions, without a significant degradation in remanence, Ga and Dy were used as additives. The role of these additives in inducing coercivity was determined. The microstructures of the HDDR treated samples were observed by SEM and TEM.
