Abstract

DC voltage generated in ferromagnetic resonance was investigated for Cu / F (20 nm) / Cu (F = Ni80 Fe20, Co) films. Microwave frequency was varied from 6 to 18 GHz and DC voltage depended significantly on the film shape and frequency. DC voltage for the circular patch films was enhanced remarkably at around 9 GHz.
