Abstract
The two-dimensional t-J model, including the next-nearest-neighbor hopping t′ and the three-site hopping J(3), is studied within mean-field theory and Gutzwiller approximation. The effects of two extra terms on the dx2 - y2 and the extended s-wave states are compared. In the case of t′/t < 0 and J(3)/J > 0, the extended s-wave state is remarkably enhanced at a doping rate of δ > 0.5.
