Abstract

Equivalent circuit analysis of an radio frequency (RF) integrated spiral inductor was derived. The equivalent circuit was derived to analyze the real contribution of the permeability of the magnetic film to the inductance and the quality factor of the inductor. The two port structures was found to be very common in a real RF circuitry.
