Abstract

The author would like to apologise for an error in the originally published paper. The number (n = 7,783) of "Participants who also participated the questionnaire survey in 1994"in Figure 1 appeared incorrectly in the originally published paper. This has been corrected to "n = 7,781"(Figure 1).
