Abstract

The ESD sensitivity and thermal stability of pinned synthetic SV (SynPin SV) heads were examined. Three SV heads were considered. All three heads showed good ESD sensitivity. It was confirmed that SynPin SV has more advantages in the SV heads fabrication process in view of ESD problem and also has more advantages in view of reliability of SV head.
