Abstract

We fabricated a free-standing ultrathin film organized with polymer nanosheet by Langmuir-Blodgett method. At the film preparation, cellulose acetate was used as a sacrificial layer and the film substrate was dipped into acetone solution to peel off from a supported substrate. The prepared film has hierarchical structure and the thickness was estimated to be 3.4 nm (bilayer structure) by AFM observation.
