Abstract
We demonstrated that the supercritical fluid crystallization (SCFC) method could be applied to obtain several π-conjugated organic microcrystals. It was confirmed that their optical properties was only dependent on crystal size and independent of fabrication techniques. Fabrication of TiOPc microcrystals with controlling the crystal size and form could be accomplished by SCFC method except the acid-pasting method. In addition, The photoconductive properties of TiOPc microcrystals prepared using this technique was evaluated for the first time.
