N2 - The ultrasonic irradiation differs from traditional energy sources in duration, pressure, and energy per molecule, and it is a unique means on the interaction between energy and matter. It is well known that the chemical reactions which take place under conventional conditions can be accelerated by ultrasonic irradiation. In this study, the process of nano-sized metal deposition on various kinds of materials were investigated for ecological sonochemical process. By choosing suitable conditions, it is reasonable to expect that these simple sonochemical processes can be extended to obtain various nano-sized metal particles. Thus applications by using these reactions were investigated to prepare the nano-sized metal particles on various materials at ecology and economy, and mechanisms were investigated.
