Abstract

We have studied Fermi surface properties of LaRhlns and CeTIns (T: Co, Rh and Ir) via the de Haas-van Alp hen (dHvA) experiment. These Fermi surfaces are nearly cylindrical, reflecting the unique tetragonal crystal structure. The cyclotron mass or the 7 value is found to be strongly field-dependent in CeCoIn5. We have also carried out the dHvA experiment under pressure for CeRhIn5.
