Abstract

The high field magnetization has been studied on the singlet ground state system TmSb. An anomalous increase of magnetization due to level crossing around 450 kOe along the [100] direction was found for the first time. The magnetization curves were well reproduced by the crystalline electric field model taking into account the exchange interaction between Tm ions.
