Abstract

We demonstrate a record-high output power of 9 W and an ultranarrow linewidth of 4 kHz by combining a 13C2H2 frequency-stabilized fiber laser, a core-pumped erbium-doped fiber amplifier, and a cascaded-Raman 1480-nm fiber-laser pumping source. OCIS codes: (140.3510) Lasers, fiber; (230.2285) Fiber devices and optical amplifiers.
