Abstract

We demonstrate the generation of polarization-entangled photon pairs at telecommunication wavelengths with type-II quasi-phase matched spontaneous parametric downconversion (QPM-SPDC) having two poling periods. The generated two-photon polarization state was analyzed by the quantum state tomography.
