Abstract

Thin films with high permeability in the frequency range from 1000 MHz to a few GHz were investigated. A relation between the electrical resistivity and saturation magnetization of the granular films was presented. It was found that the resistivity tends to increase rapidly as the content of metallic particles decreases.
