N2 - High-resolution angle-resolved molecular resonant Auger emission from the F 1s excited states of the CF4, SiF4, and SF6 molecules are reported. A number of strong spectator lines resulting into the dissociative final states, whose anisotropy changes by changing the excitation photon energy, dominate the resonant Auger spectra.
