Abstract

This presentation proposes "two-step nanodroplet generation method", a method for high throughput nanodroplet production by using spontaneous emulsification. The advantages of this method are the simple operation and high productivity. Just by adding excess amount of surfactant to conventional microdroplet generation system, 500-nm-sized nanodroplets were produced 1,000-times faster than conventional nanodroplet generation methods.
