Abstract
The fabrication of a highly-sensitive ultraviolet (UV) detector was studied. The UV detector was based on ZnO/LiNbO3 hybrid surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter configured in the form of an oscillator. The UV detector was found to be useful in the measurement of very low and high intensity of UV light, with the possibility of wireless operations.
