Abstract

Proteins play significant roles in living systems through their interactions. So it is important to understand the interactions between them. For studying protein interactions by the surface forces measurement, it is essential to immobilize them on substrates. We immobilized proteins on the substrates employing affinity tags and measured protein interactions using colloid probe atomic force microscopy. This time, the interactions of SigB/RsbW and Spo0A-DB/DNA were studied.
