Abstract

This work demonstrates the use of SmCo thin-film magnetic to give in-plane bias field in micro-magnetic devices. A high frequency carrier type thin-film magnetic field sensor that needs in-plane dc bias field of the intensity of nominally the anisotropy field of soft magnetic film is employed.
