N2 - Through Rutherford backscattering and channeling spectroscopy, it has been found that a Bi2.2Sr1.8Ca1.0Cu2.0Ox oxide superconductor with a superconducting transition temperature of 92 K is easily damaged by irradiation with 1.5 MeV 4He+ as compared with other inorganic materials such as SrTiO3 and MoS2.
